General FAQ's

1. When I view www.rmluk.com, I can not see all the text on screen.

The majority of websites are designed to fit a screen resolution of 800 x 600 pixels (i.e. the BBC site has been voted the most popular site in the UK and has been designed to this size, also this is the default screen resolution on your computer). Therefore, we have designed the Rattner Mackenzie website to fit both 800 x 600 and 1024 x 768 pixels.

If you can not read the website/text properly, this is because your screen resolution is set on the lowest setting which is 640 x 480 pixels.

To change your screen resolutions, simply:
Go to your desktop (this is the screen that contains all your icons)

Right mouse click on any blank area and go to properties. Click on the settings tab then move the arrow on screen area to either 800 x 600 or 1024 x 768. (NOT 640 x 480)
Click apply, then this will update your computer (you do not have to log out as it gets updated automatically. This does not effect anything you are currently working on).
